Are bed linens and towels included?
Yes. We do include the bedding and towels for your stay.
Are there watercraft available?
There are a couple of kayaks and a SUP included for your pleasure. We do supply life jackets as well. If you do need special sizes for children or larger people we suggest bringing your own as well.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations prior to 60 days will be refunded. (An administration fee may apply).
Cancellations within 60 days but before 30 days will forfeit the deposit.
Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable.
Do I need to leave a deposit to book?
We request a 50% deposit to book and hold your reservation. The balance is due 30 days before your arrival.
Most of our guests pay with e-transfer.
We accept VISA/MC/AMEX (service fee will apply)
Are pets allowed at Georgian Sunrise Chalet?
Pets are family members. We understand that it is not really a holiday if you need to leave the pets at home. We welcome pets to Georgian Sunrise. We do however ask that you keep your pets on a leash and under your control and of course, clean up after them.
There is a $50 pet fee applied per pet, per stay.
What local attractions are nearby?
If you are a hiker, you have just arrived in "Hiker's paradise".
Walk from the chalet down the road to get on the Bruce Trail where you can head south along the Cape Chin Cliffs or head north to Devil's Monument and on to Dyer's Bay.
We are a short drive from the Grotto, Singing Sands, Halfway Log Dump, Black Creek Provincial Park and Sandy Beach.
The Nautical town of Tobermory is only a 20 minute drive.
